Definitions & Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User" or "Player") of the a7bot platform and its services. a7bot is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

To open an account at a7bot and place bets or play games, a user must be at least 21 years of age. If an account is found to belong to someone under 21, it will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Registration
Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
For deposits or withdrawals, a7bot may at any time request a copy of a national identity card or passport for identity verification (KYC). a7bot reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. a7bot will never ask for your password by phone or email.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
a7bot currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
- If a deposited amount is not reflected in your account, contact the support team immediately.
- Depositing using another person's payment account is prohibited.
- a7bot reserves the right to reject funds sent through a third party.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
- a7bot reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals during identity verification or any other investigation.
- In cases of fraud or policy violations, withdrawals may be cancelled entirely.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on a7bot are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not accepted.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
a7bot offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; the bonus expires at the end of that period.
- Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- If a7bot determines that a bonus has been misused, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- A bonus may only be used on specified games or sections — the terms of each offer apply individually.
5.4 VIP Program
a7bot offers four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8%; Gold — up to 1.1%; Platinum — up to 1.5%. Cashback is credited each week according to the applicable rules.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
Once a bet has been finally accepted, a request to cancel it is generally not accepted. However, a7bot reserves the right to cancel or adjust a bet in the event of a technical error or display error.
6.2 Incorrect Odds
If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical issue, a7bot reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds or to cancel the bet and refund the amount.
6.3 Game Results
All game and sports betting results are determined by a verifiable method. In the event of a dispute over a game result, a7bot's decision is final.
- Slot and table game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
- Live casino games are operated by real-time dealers.
- Sports betting results are verified from internationally recognised sources.
Prohibited Conduct
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in the account being suspended or permanently closed:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering under a false identity.
- Misusing bonuses or attempting to meet bonus requirements through artificial means.
- Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Selling, buying, or transferring an account to another person.
- Collusion or fraudulent cooperation with other players.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal payments.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
Responsible Gaming

a7bot reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

- If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
- Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities.
11.2 Closure at User Request
If a player wishes to close their own account, they may submit a request through the support team. The player will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, however the balance may be held during an active investigation.
